This is one of the cards from February's Stepped Up Cards class and features the Spotlighting technique.
I saw this card by Maile Belles, and had to try it with the Up in the Air stamp set... I stamped the image three times (inked with markers)... once on the card base, one to punch with the 2 1/2" Circle, and one to punch with the three smaller circle punches. I lined up the images and attached them to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Inks: Island Indigo
Stampin' Write Markers: Early Espresso, Pear Pizzazz, Marina Mist
card stock: Naturals White
Punches: 2 1/2" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle, 1" Circle, 3/4" Circle
Other: Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon, Basic Rhinestone
