In my Mini Monday posts, I feature a stamp set (or two) from the current Mini Catalogue.
Today I used the Day of Gratitude stamp set from the Holiday Mini. It's in the Fall/Thanksgiving section, but it really is much more versatile... hopefully I show that with this card. The design for this card came from a sketch challenge by Amanda on Stampin' Connections. I stamped the Rich Razzleberry background piece (tone on tone) with one of the smaller stamps, and the emboss resist for the medallion was inspired by Michelle Zindorf.
I inked the stamp with Versamark, then inked the whole thing with Daffodil Delight. Then I inked the edges with Rich Razzleberry, and stamped it onto my cardstock. I heat embossed with Clear Stampin' Emboss powder, and rubbed on Rich Razzleberry (centre), Pumpkin Pie (middle section) and Peach Pizazz (outside edge) with a Stampin' Sponge before cutting it out.
Stamps: Day of Gratitude
Inks: VersaMark, Daffodil Delight, Peach Parfait, Pumpkin Pie, Rich Razzleberry
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Peach Parfait, Very Vanilla, Rich Razzleberry
Other: Clear Stampin' Emboss powder, White Stampin' Emboss powder, Early Expresso 1/8" Taffeta Ribbon, Dotted Scallop Border punch
This is just gorgeous
